LOFT renovation - CHINATOWN NYC
This complete renovation of a Chinatown loft emphasizes an open plan that draws light deep into the space. Elements layered upon the original architecture were removed to expose the line, form, and texture of the building. Extensive built-in furniture and a new kitchen were all fabricated in-house. Other custom designed and fabricated furniture includes a 24’ long credenza, and large amounts of cantilevered shelving.
