LOFT renovation - TRIBECA, NYC
In this sunny Tribeca loft, the clients were more interested in fluidity than in privacy. We located all storage and mechanicals in a central core, and arrayed living and sleeping areas around that core. Space was delineated by screens and a large sliding door. A large kitchen featuring powder-coated steel and glass cabinetry was added, as was a wall-mounted leather banquette. All elements fabricated in-house. Other custom-designed and fabricated elements include screens, wall-units, credenzas and a wall-mounted leather banquette.
